The staff were very helpful and attentive and had a sense of humour. I asked for twin room with a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating, it was cosy. The meals were tasty.

The twin room we stayed in was clean and cosy. The location was stunning and marvellous, being close to the center, the beach, and various amenities. Piazza Mazzini district was worth exploring.

The Warm Welcome: Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with such genuine warmth and friendliness from the staff that it felt like being welcomed into a big family gathering.

Everything was fantastic.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and comfortable room at Europa. The balcony with two doors opening was a great bonus. The friendly staff made sure it was always kept clean. The private beach with complimentary chairs and umbrellas was a real highlight. Breakfast was delicious and the servers were welcoming.

Spent Easter weekend and had a blast! The staff was very friendly and always ready to go the extra mile. Loved the location, it was just a few steps away from the beach and the sea was crystal clear. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food. Rooms were spacious and comfy and the view was picture-perfect.

That the parking was limited and expensive. The street noise was also a bit loud, but it didn't really bother us.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. We loved being able to relax on the sun loungers and soak up the sun. And even though we didn't notice it at first, the hotel also had a pool that was a great option for a quick dip. The staff here were truly incredible, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed and their attention to detail was impressive.
